Description CGI:IRC is a Perl/CGI program to use IRC from a web browser without having to have access to an IRC port or Java (but it does need a frames compatable browser). It can be used on a web page to allow users to chat or so you can access chat from behind a firewall. Highly Customizable output with colours, most IRC commands and access controls.
